Ammonia Plant Expansion
CF Industries | Donaldsonville, Louisiana
Lauren was awarded the construction contract to install a portion of the Donaldsonville Capacity Expansion – Ammonia 6 unit. The scope includes the installation of a “grass root” Ammonia Plant that will produce ammonia which is a base product utilized to make Urea. Lauren’s scope of work is to purchase and supply pipe materials, fabricated pipe, structural steel erection, mechanical erection, pipe erection, management of electrical/ instrumentation, insulation and heavy haul/heavy lift contractors.
Ethylene Furnace Erection
BASF | Port Arthur, Texas
Lauren provided Construction, Procurement and Project Management services for the erection of a new Linde Single-Cell Ethylene Furnace at BASFs Port Arthur Chemical Plant. The scope included: steel erection, equipment installation, refractory installation, piping, electrical and instrumentation.

Lauren provided Construction, Procurement and Project Management services for the erection of two new Linde Dual-Cell Ethylene Furnaces at the LyondellBasell’s Olefins Plant in La Porte, Texas. The scope included: steel erection, equipment installation, refractory installation, piping, electrical and instrumentation.
