ABILENE, TX – – June 7, 2012– Lauren Engineers & Constructors (Lauren) recently received a contract for the first project at its new Modular Assembly Plant in Bynum, MT.

This project will involve five process equipment skids with sizes ranging up to 20 feet wide and 65 feet
long. In addition to pipe fabrication, these projects will also include all associated structural platforms and
ladders.

The first phase of the project is to commence immediately at Lauren’s fabrication shop in Abilene, TX,
where the pipe fabrication will be completed. Work at the Bynum Assembly Plant will start around the
beginning of September 2012 and will include full scope assembly: steel frame works, installation of
process equipment, piping fit-up & assembly, hydrotesting, electrical/instrumentation, and insulation.

The project will continue through the 4th quarter 2012 with completion scheduled for the 4th quarter of
2012.
