OSHA defines a lost time injury as an incident or injury that causes a worker to miss the subsequent calendar workday, and the Bureau of Labor statistics recently reported that the construction industry average is 2.1 cases involving days away from work per 100 full-time workers, per year.
Lauren’s direct hire craft base over the last five years includes over 3,600 craft professionals employed at sites throughout the United States.
