Structures (Jyoti) have established a Joint Venture to pursue Engineering, Procurement and Construction
projects in India.

brings a rich history of service excellence to this joint venture, having served the power sector in India for

Lauren-Jyoti will provide EPC services to heavy industrial customers, primarily in India. The company
was recently awarded an EPC contract for the 50 MW Godawari Solar Power Project located in
Rajasthan.
