ABILENE, TX – – February 14, 2011 – Lauren Engineers & Constructors, a leading Design-Build contractor in the United Sates, was recently awarded two projects by International Alliance Group for the fabrication and assembly of a Selexol Pipe Rack Module and Selexol & C02 Process Skids, all of which will be installed in Fort Stockton, TX.

The Pipe Rack Modules consist of steel and pipe spool fabrication and assembly of four (4) parallel pipe
rack modules (800’ in total length), over 11,400 feet of linear pipe, as well as an estimated 548 tons of
structural steel. Each module measures up to 16’x16’x90’ and weighs in at around 60 tons. To meet the
demands of this project, Lauren hired approximately 50 additional welders and craft workers from the
Abilene area.

The Process Skids consist of steel and pipe spool fabrication. The scope includes a total of 24 skids,
thirteen which will be assembled in Abilene and eleven which will be shipped loose for assembly in Fort
Stockton. All skids (60’ in average length) include over 12,000 feet of linear pipe, as well as an estimated
537 tons of structural steel. Each skid measures up to 20’x20’x60’ and weighs in at around 30 tons. To
meet the demands of this project, Lauren hired approximately 20 additional welders and craft workers from the Abilene area.

“Working with modules of this size and magnitude requires a creative approach in order to overcome the
logistical challenges inherent with this type of work,” says Bill Holmes, Lauren’s Project Manager. To
overcome these challenges, Lauren developed a process to trial fit the modules in Abilene before separating individual modules and delivering the modules for final installation at the Fort Stockton project site.

This is the fourth project that Lauren has been awarded by IAG in the last two years, each of which has
involved the fabrication and assembly of pipe rack and process modules for IAG’s Ft. Stockton Project.

Lauren plans to complete these projects during the 2nd quarter of 2011.
